All UK orders received before 2pm will be despatched for delivery the same day. Orders received on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday will be sent the next working day.

Our stated postage costs apply to mainland UK only. If you live in Scotland ,including the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight or the Channel Islands, then please contact us for a postage quote before ordering.

Although all UK mainland orders are sent using a next day delivery service, Verulam Trestle Tables cannot be held responsible for any delays while in transit through the mail system. All UK mainland customers - please contact us if your item has not arrived a full 2 working days after ordering. Delivery can take up to 3 working days to non-main land UK areas.

A signature is required on delivery. Please make sure there is someone present to sign for the item on the delivery day. If you miss the delivery, then you may want to collect from our couriers' nearest local depot to you. Please go to the Nightfreight website or the APC Overnight website to find your nearest depot

PLEASE CHECK THE GOODS ON RECEIPT BEFORE SIGNING ANY COURIER PAPER WORK. IF THE GOODS ARE DAMAGED, THEN PLEASE ASK THE COURIER FOR A DAMAGE OR COMPENSATION FORM TO SIGN. DO NOT SIGN ANY PAPERWORK WHICH STATES THAT THE ITEMS WERE RECEIVED IN GOOD CONDITION.

RETURNS

Under the Distance Selling Regulations 2000, customers have a 7 working day "cooling off" period after receipt to change their mind and return an item. There is a return and administration charge of £14.95 plus return ccourier costs for any return relating purely to a change of mind or mis-reading of item specifications. Items must be returned in new, unmarked condition in their original packaging.

We have a 30 day money back guarantee on all of our items. If in the unlikely event you are not happy with our products, then we will arrange collection completely free of charge. We will refund the cost of the goods, plus the original shipping fee once we have taken receipt of the goods.

Please make sure that the goods are well packaged and are available to be collected at the pre-agreed address. Please e-mail us to make arrangements. Collections can take place at any time between 09:00 and 18:00 on the agreed collection day.
