A £25 MINIMUM FEE EXCLUDING DELIVERY AND COLLECTION CHARGES APPLIES TO ALL ORDERS

The hirer shall:-
1. Return the hired goods to us in the same condition, appearance and with the same structural integrity in which they were received.
2. Ensure that no hot stoves, cooking appliances and utensils, or hot or flammable liquids come into contact with any plastic surfaces
3. In the event of any damage or loss being incurred, pay the company to cover the cost of repair or replacement
4. Keep possession of the hired equipment, and not assign the benefit of the agreement.
5. Return the goods or make the goods available for collection on the pre-agreed date and time. The hirer shall pay the company a sum commensurate with the hire of the equipment to other customers should the hirer not make the goods available for collection or delivery to our office at the end of the hire period.
6. Indemnify the company against any claims, damage or loss experienced by any party
7. Be responsible for the goods from the time of delivery until the time they are collected.
8. Ensure that they or a responsible, nominated person is at the delivery / collection address at the appropriate delivery or collection times.
9. Ensure that deliveries and collections are made to a ground floor location only unless alternative arrangements have been made with us first. Extra charges may apply if the delivery / collection site is not on the ground floor.
10. Make every effort to provide a secure, restriction free parking area. Parking fees will be charged at cost to the customer. Deliveries and collections cannot take place unless free or charged parking areas are available within 20 metres of the designated venue. Under no circumstances will we park our vehicles in a no parking zone.

PLEASE NOTE THAT CLEANING, REPLACEMENT OR REPAIR CHARGES WILL APPLY SHOULD THE ABOVE CONDITIONS NOT BE OBSERVED.

HIRE AND DEPOSIT FEES

A refundable deposit of not less than £50 will be charged to the customer to cover any potential repair, replacement or cleaning costs. The deposit will be held via a cheque which we will not cash, but will hold until the goods are returned to us in good condition. The deposit cheque will be returned
2 working days after the end of the hire period

Hirers should pay an invoice in full 7 days before the hire date to ensure their reservation. Hire may be available at short notice according to our stock levels at the time. Please call us for availability

All prices include VAT at the prevailing rate

DELIVERY AND COLLECTION FEES

Deliveries and collection journeys into and out of London are charged at a mileage rate of 90p per mile one way
Deliveries and collection journeys to any destination outside of London are charged at a mileage rate of 80p per mile one way

Verulam Trestle Tables can take no responsibility for damage or injury caused by misuse of our equipment or incorrect set up.

Please make sure all catches, pins and braces are fully engaged before use.

Do not stand on tables and chairs.
